Avvocato Massimiliano De Benetti
Massimiliano, senior partner, is a qualified Italian lawyer (Avvocato) and a member of the Law Society of Padua. He graduated in Law at the University of Ferrara with a degree of 110/110 summa cum laude. He did part of his training with an important international Law Firm based in London. He then consolidated his experience with a Law firm based in Padua focusing on the areas of Contract Law, Company Law and Probate Law. He achieved his Doctorate in Contract and Obligation Law in 2008 and worked as a contract Researcher with the University of Padua. He taught as an adjunct professor in a Master in Technology Transfer of the United Nations. Among his degrees: Master in Company Law and International Commercial Contract Law. Massimiliano is also President of the Youth Commission of the Padua Civil Lawyers' Chamber. Massimiliano is qualified in Legal English (Legal English courses at the University of Cambridge) and has an excellent knowledge of the English language.

Ettore Tamà, Graduated in law from the Alma Mater Studiorum of Bologna with a thesis on ecclesiastical law entitled: "Regulation and protection of cultural heritage of religious interest through the Italian legal system and Canon Law, with particular reference to the Basilica of S. Giustina in Padua"; He is registered in the Bar Association of Padua. He has a good knowledge of the English language. He obtained the qualification to exercise the activity of condominium and real estate administrator. He is currently a partner at ANACI Venice with registration number 19323. He has significant experience in the management of equity and real estate funds for both Italian and foreign clients.

Avvocato Giada Zoccarato
Giada Zoccarato graduated in law from the University of Padua with a thesis on public Law institutions and is registered in the Padua Bar Association. Giada mainly deals with judicial and extrajudicial assistance in civil and international matters. She specializes in mechanisms for the protection of fundamental rights envisaged by the ECHR, with particular reference to the individual appeal procedure at the Strasbourg Court. She is fluent in English language.

Avv. Davide Toubai Babazadeh, Graduated in law at Alma Mater Studiorum in Bologna with a thesis on commercial law entitled: “A new way of doing business. Benefit companies ". He is a member of the Padua Bar and member of Aiga Giovani. He is fluent in English and French. He has significant experience in resolving disputes both in civil and commercial matters, in ADR litigation proceedings. He specializes in assisting foreign clients interested in investments in Italy in the commercial sector in general and in Real Estate in particular. He is currently developing an assistance project for the internationalization of Italian companies and for the weaving of commercial relationships with companies in the Middle East countries, to which the Milan and Rome offices will be dedicated.

Luciana Ispani - Solicitor
Luciana qualified as a solicitor in September 1997. She graduated from London University (sitting the external programme), and then completed a Legal Practice course at Staffordshire University. She completed her training with a High Street firm in Beckenham, Kent, specialising in Property Law, undertaking development work for large developers as well as general residential conveyancing work. She left PJH in 2001 and went to niche practise in the city to head up and develop their property department. Her work there consisted mainly of commercial property and high net worth residential conveyancing for Italian investors and Italian companies. She also carried out some probate work. Luciana left the city in 2004 and has since returned to PJH practising in all areas of property law. Since January 2012 she has cooperated with De Benetti & Co. as an English solicitor in charge of all conveyancing and probate issues for estates set in the U.K.

Dott. Andrea Redivo Zaglia
Andrea is specialised in property transactions, taxation and evaluation. He graduated in Political Economic Sciences at the University of Padua and obtained an international MBA degree at Clemson University, USA. After a 10 year career as Retail Manager working for a famous American multi-national, he decided to specialize in the Italian estate business, focusing on prestigious properties in the Veneto region. Andrea is a licensed estate agent (registered with the Chamber of Commerce of Padua) and member of F.I.M.A.A. (Italian Federation of Business Estate Agents). He is the manager of Properties in Italy, a company specialised in the sale of properties located in the whole of Italy. Andrea can speak English, French, Spanish, German, Slovene and Serbo-Croatian.
