We provide advice in relation to administration of the estate of a deceased person. This includes providing advice with regard to inheritance taxes due (if any). Administering an estate has various stages and we work closely with the family or the executor (s).

We assist in every stage of the Probate process in order to complete any legal and tax formalities, including the submission of Declaration of Succession at the Italian Revenue Office and the transfer of the assets in the name of the heirs.
